What can you expect from your Party-shoes order for items that are in stock with us:

It is important that you take the following into account:

This journey only applies to orders for items from our own showroom stock + if you have only ordered items that are present in our own stock.

Most of our range is not physically in stock in our own small showroom; please check whether the ordered items are really in stock to avoid a misunderstanding. Read our explanation of how you can see whether a product is in stock with us in the stock indication on the product page.
  • In most cases we purchase to order from our American supplier
  • Therefore our delivery time is usually 1 - 1½ weeks

    If all items ordered are in stock at our showroom, we will usually ship your order:

    On business days (Mon - Fri):

    When ordered before 
    4:00 PM (16:00):
    When ordered after
    4:00 PM (16:00):
    Usually shipped the same day When still possible: shipped the same day*
    otherwise the next business day (Mon-Fri)
      *We still do (and even more) our best to ship your order as quickly as possible; but if it's not possible anymore before the last batch, we will send it the next business day (Mon-Fri)

      The delivery time also depends on the carrier. Unfortunately we have no influence on that! We can never guarantee that your ordered items will be delivered within a few days.

      Shipping confirmation

      Important:
      When we send a shipping confirmation, we have already dropped off your order at the carrier; From that moment on we no longer have any influence on your package.

      It is possible that the packages have not yet been scanned by the carrier and that the status page of the track & trace code you received from us has not yet been updated. An update will usually be available within a few hours.
