What can you expect from your Party-shoes order for items that are in stock with us:
It is important that you take the following into account: This journey only applies to orders for items from our own showroom stock + if you have only ordered items that are present in our own stock. Most of our range is not physically in stock in our own small showroom; please check whether the ordered items are really in stock to avoid a misunderstanding. If all items ordered are in stock at our showroom, we will usually ship your order:
On business days (Mon - Fri):
When ordered before 4:00 PM (16:00): |
When ordered after 4:00 PM (16:00): |
Usually shipped the same day | When still possible: shipped the same day* otherwise the next business day (Mon-Fri) |

The delivery time also depends on the carrier. Unfortunately we have no influence on that! We can never guarantee that your ordered items will be delivered within a few days.
