What can you expect from your Party-shoes order for items that are in stock with us:
It is important that you take the following into account:
This journey only applies to orders for items from our own showroom stock + if you have only ordered items that are present in our own stock.
Most of our range is not physically in stock in our own small showroom; please check whether the ordered items are really in stock to avoid a misunderstanding. Read our explanation of how you can see whether a product is in stock with us in the stock indication on the product page.

If all items ordered are in stock at our showroom, we will usually ship your order:
On business days (Mon - Fri):

The delivery time also depends on the carrier. Unfortunately we have no influence on that! We can never guarantee that your ordered items will be delivered within a few days.

It is possible that the packages have not yet been scanned by the carrier and that the status page of the track & trace code you received from us has not yet been updated. An update will usually be available within a few hours.

Important: if we have purchased your ordered items from our supplier, we can no longer cancel or return them; In our general information, which can be found at the bottom of most pages, and in our Terms of Service, you can read how we handle a possible cancellation or return when we have purchased items for you.
If items have already been purchased for you from America, we can charge the import / postage / import duty costs if the order is canceled before delivery, or if the order is returned after delivery.
Of course we prefer not to do this, but in order to cover the unnecessary costs incurred by us and to discourage many returns (think of the environment), this has unfortunately proved necessary.
This is, of course, not the case with an exchange for a different size if the size turns out to be incorrect.

Unisex | Men's sizes
Some styles use a different sizing; on our website these will be listed as Unisex | "Mens"-sizes. The sizes differ from the ones stated above and use the following converted dimensions:

US-8 = size 40
