Delivery time
We buy on order from our American supplier.
For that reason, the delivery time is usually one to 1½ weeks.

We can never promise that shoes that have yet to be purchased by us will be delivered within one to 1½ weeks. We are both dependent on the delivery from the supplier in the US to our showroom, and on the delivery from our showroom to you. Once we have sent a package, it depends on the delivery service when your package will be delivered, unfortunately we no longer have any influence on that.
We therefore do not have everything you see on our website in our own showroom stock. If you want to know whether an item is present in stock in our showroom, read our information page about the stock indication
* it can sometimes happen that a model turns out not to be available when we purchase it for you; we are ultimately also dependent on our supplier and whether the current stock indication is correct. In this case we will always look for a suitable solution in consultation with you; we can possibly help you choose a different model or color, see if we have something in our own stock, or find out when the desired model will be available again and put you on a 'back order' list; then you will receive the ordered item as soon as it is available again. Of course you can always cancel your order when an item is not available, in which case you will receive the amount paid back in the same way as you paid *.

General information
If items have already been purchased for you from America, we can charge the import / postage / import duty costs if the order is canceled before delivery, or if the order is returned after delivery.
Of course we prefer not to do this, but in order to cover the unnecessary costs incurred by us and to discourage many returns (think of the environment), this has unfortunately proved necessary.
This is, of course, not the case with an exchange for a different size if the size turns out to be incorrect.

Unisex | Men's sizes
Some styles use a different sizing; on our website these will be listed as Unisex | "Mens"-sizes. The sizes differ from the ones stated above and use the following converted dimensions:
US-3 = size 35
US-4 = size 36
US-5 = size 37
US-6 = size 38
US-7 = size 39
US-8 = size 40
US-9 = size 41
