For your information: 1 pair of shoes weighs about 1½ to 2 kg (especially the Demonia models are often a bit heavier).

Price changes:
- Peak surcharge: For six weeks, starting in November, the peak surcharge will be charged on top of the price of sending both a parcel and a letterbox parcel. The peak surcharge is set at €0.25 per parcel (€0.30 incl. VAT) and €0.15 per letterbox parcel (€0.18 incl. VAT) and applies to every destination. This is in addition to the amount mentioned above.

You must take into account additional payment costs with certain payment methods. These costs will not be refunded in the event of a return because these payment costs are not charged by us but by the payment service you chose. These revenues from these paid costs therefore do not end up with us.
Do you ship discreetly?
Party-shoes packs the shoe boxes in a neutral, plain purple kraft packaging, so that it is not visible what is inside. Sender details are mentioned in the form of a sticker with our logo and address. If you prefer it more neutral or completely discreet, please mention that with your order; then we only mention 'sender P-S'
Can I pick up my order?
You can also pick up your order from us by appointment. When placing your order, choose 'pick up' and no shipping costs will be charged.

Can I have the ordered item delivered to a different address?
You can also have your order shipped to a different address or pick-up point. Below are two instructions for:
- sending to another address.
- collection at a pick-up point.
Please note: we do not manually check the address you enter, you are responsible for entering a correct address. If we have to ship your order twice (or more) due to an invalid address, you have to pay for each new shipment, and we will charge you for the shipping costs in advance.
Are additional charges?
Party-shoes does not charge extra administration costs if you order something from us*: you only pay for the shoes or boots + the shipping costs (up to a maximum of 23 kilos or pay a bit extra for a maximum of 30 kilos)

If you choose to pay with Credit Card, Apple Pay, Bancontact, MisterCash or PayPal, you must take into account additional payment costs (respectively 2.8%, 2.8%, € 0.50 and 3.4%). These costs will not be refunded in the event of a return because these payments are not charged by us, but by the relevant payment service.
If you wish to (partially) return an order, we may charge the import/postage/import duty (VAT) costs; depending on the costs we have had to incur for this and whether we have had to purchase the ordered item(s) from our supplier.
This amount will be deducted from the refund to be received.
