Instructions Shipping to Another Address
Send to another address (not a pick-up point):
You can also have your order shipped to a different address. Below are the instructions for:

TIP: You can click on the pictures to enlarge them. The actual check-out screen looks different because some parts in these images are resized/scaled.
It is possible that the check-out is in dutch; we're working on it to be translated in English too!
Instructions:
After adding the desired products, click on "checkout" from your shopping cart (the bag at the top right). You will now enter the check-out screen where you have to go through a number of steps:
Screen 1: "Name"
Enter the address where the package should go and the details of the recipient. If you wish to receive the confirmation email yourself, you can enter your own email address.
At "Delivery method (Bezorgmethode)" choose "Shipping (verzending)"
After completing the order you will receive a confirmation email in which you can find the order status page of the order. You can always decide to send the shipping information to the receiving party.
Now click "proceed to shipping method (Doorgaan naar verzendmethode)" to select your shipping method.
Screen 2: "Shipping"
Review the shipping information and choose a shipping method.
You get two options here:
"up to … kg" or "up to … kg Pick-Up point (tot ... kg Pakketpunt)"
In this case, choose the option without “Pick-Up point (Pakketpunt)”
Screen 3: "Payment"
Select the desired payment method, at the bottom of this page you can enter your own details for the invoice.
Screen 4: "Check order"
Check the shipping details, address and payment method. If everything is correct you can place the order.
In the last step of the check-out you can complete and pay for your order.
If you are not sure if it all worked:
After placing your order, please contact us in which you provide your order number with the desired pick-up location.
Please note: we do not manually check the address you enter, you are responsible for entering a correct address. If we have to ship your order twice (or more) due to an invalid address you have to pay for each new shipment yourself, and we will charge you for the shipping costs in advance.
