For your information: 1 pair of shoes weighs about 1½ to 2 kg (especially the Demonia models are often a bit heavier).
* All stated prices are in Euros and include 21% VAT. Typing errors and price changes are subject to change. All rights reserved (our items are subject to the US dollar exchange rate.)
Price changes as of 2023:
- Energy surcharge (Package NL, BE, within the EU)
The high energy and fuel prices have a major impact on consumers and businesses. As a result of this increase, PostNL will introduce an energy surcharge of € 0.12 per package starting 1 January 2023. The energy surcharge applies to all package types. The energy surcharge is already included in the amount stated above.
- Peak surcharge: For six weeks, starting in November, the peak surcharge will be charged on top of the price of sending both a parcel and a letterbox parcel. The peak surcharge is set at €0.25 per parcel (€0.30 incl. VAT) and €0.15 per letterbox parcel (€0.18 incl. VAT) and applies to every destination. This is in addition to the amount mentioned above.

ⓘ In case you get an error message when completing your order
If a certain size can be added to your shopping cart but there is an error in te checkout; such as:
- Not being able to add a delivery address
- Get an error message when adding a (correct) address
- Not being able to select a shipment method
- Not being able to select a payment method
- Any other reason why you can't complete your order

Is a model in stock? What is the delivery time?
We buy on order from our American supplier. For that reason, the delivery time is usually one to 1½ weeks.
When an item is present in our own showroom stock in the size you selected, there will most likely be a stock-indication shown in between the product price and description;
"Showroom Stock: ... ";
that shows our current stock.
It will look something like this:
If an item is in stock in our own showroom, we will ship it within a few days.
If an item is available at the supplier, but not present in our own showroom you will find a stock-indication saying "in stock at supplier" and it will look like this:
If an item is not in stock and also not available from the supplier, this will be indicated (in most cases) by the fact that the item cannot be ordered/cannot be placed in your shopping cart when you select the desired size and you will see this indication:
Occasionally it is possible that we are not yet aware of a sold-out size*.
If you can add an item to your shopping cart, this means that the item is most likely available* from the supplier (with the exception of sale models, which may have already been sold out).
The delivery time is then approximately one to 1½ weeks.
Pre-orders and Back-orders:
Sometimes models or sizes are temporarily sold out but available again within a short period of time, you can still order them (in advance); we call this a Backorder.
The same applies to Pre-orders; only here are new styles that have not been released before. If these are expected by the supplier within a short period of time, you can already place a pre-order.
Back order:
If a certain size can be ordered as a backorder, the "add to cart" button will be replaced by a black "Backorder" button.
That button looks like this:
In the description of the product it is then indicated that it concerns a Back-order for the sizes mentioned. The description also states the expected date that they will be available again, but keep in mind that this can always shift a bit.
Pre-orders are about the same as above; only here are new styles that have not been released before. The expected delivery date is stated in the title and you can therefore place your order in advance. A pre order product page will look like this:
Please note: the delivery time, in both cases, is therefore longer than 1 to 1½ weeks.
The delivery time depends on when the models or sizes are actually available (again) and on the shipment from our supplier from the USA to the Netherlands.
The delivery time will be approximately one and a half to two weeks, starting from the expected date that they are available again. Keep that in mind!
We will of course keep you informed in case of any delay.

* it can sometimes happen that a model turns out not to be available when we purchase it for you; we are ultimately also dependent on our supplier and whether the current stock indication is correct. In this case we will always look for a suitable solution in consultation with you; we can possibly help you choose a different model or colour, take a look in our own stock if we have something similar, or find out when the desired model will be available again and put you on a 'Backorder' list; you will then receive the ordered item as soon as it is available again.
Of course you always get the choice to cancel your order, in which case you will receive the amount paid back in the same way as you paid **.

What sizing & dimensions does Party-shoes use?
Our shoes and boots come from the USA and have the American dimensions/sizing (1 inch = 2,54 cm)
These dimensions are converted to the West-European sizing, what we use in the Netherlands, Belgium and other EU-countries. Our converted dimensions and sizing differ from the sizes our supplier uses, and the sizes stated on the shoeboxes. We know from experience that especially the sizes US-12 and up tend to be bigger than stated on the shoebox.
Order the size you normally would, we already take into account whether certain styles tend to have a wider or smaller fit. Sometimes we also personally inform you about this.
If you are in between sizes:
For 'closed' models like boots or pumps we recommend you to rather go with a size slightly bigger than a size too small. If they are slightly too big you can always compensate for that with a pair of insoles or gel/foam pads. You can also use heel-grips to reduce the space between your heel and the back of the shoes/boots (while providing your ankles with more comfort!)
For 'open' models like sandalets we recommend you to go with the slightly smaller size because they already have some more space for your feet.
If you are certain you want to order a specific US-size, select the size where the US-size you want is stated (so don't look at the EU-size) and to be extra sure; mention the desired US-size in the comments in your shopping cart.
If you don't select the desired US-size, we will send you the size we know from experience is corresponding with the EU-size stated. This can be different from the size stated on the shoebox.

Some styles use a different sizing; on our website these will be listed as Unisex | "Mens"-sizes. The sizes differ from the ones stated above and use the following converted dimensions:

In this sheet you can find the shaft circumference, shaft-length(height) and calf circumference of all boot-types with size 37 (US-7) and the average increment (or decrement) per size.
How to determine my size and what size to order?
To measure your feet, it's best to do so in the evening. After walking and standing a whole day, your feet are at their largest.
To measure, place your bare feet on a piece of paper and draw the outline with a pencil. Then measure the distance in cm, with a ruler, from the outside of your heel to the top of your big toe. Next you can check what size will fit best in this converted dimensions sheet:

You also need to take into account whether you will be wearing the shoes/boots with bare feet, socks, tights, stockings or anything else. We recommend you to rather go with a size slightly bigger than a size too small. If they are slightly too big you can always compensate for that with a pair of insoles or gel/foam pads. Also note: we already take into account whether certain styles tend to have a wider or smaller fit. If you order(ed) a different size than you normally would have: please let us know when placing your order (in the comment section in your shopping cart) or send us an e-mail stating your order number explaining what size you normally have. Otherwise it could be that we order shoes or boots two sizes too small or big.
If you are certain you want to order a specific US-size, select the size where the US-size you want is stated (so don't look at the EU-size) and to be extra sure; mention the desired US-size in the comments in your shopping cart.

Example of how to use this sheet:
You want to know the dimensions of the Electra-3000 and you have size 40 yourself. In the overview you search for 'Electra-3000' and there you will find the following information:

For size 37:
The calf circumference: 27 cm
The shaft height (length): 70.70 cm
The shaft size: 38 cm.
For size 40, you need to apply the average increase three times:
from size 37 to 38 = 1x, from 38 to 39 = 2x, from 39 to 40 = 3x
The calf circumference: 27 cm + 2.4 cm (3 x 0.80) = 29.4 cm
The shaft height(length): 70.70 cm + 4.50 cm (3 x 1.50) = 75.2 cm
The shaft size: 38 cm + 3 cm (3 x 1.00) = 41 cm.
The measurements for the Electra-3000 in size 40 therefore are:
calf circumference: 29.4 cm, shaft height(length): 75.2 cm and the shaft circumference is 41 cm.
How do I place an order?
Quick way: On the overview page, click on the 'choose options' button under the desired item to select your size. Next click on 'add to cart' and it will be placed in your shopping cart.
Other ways: Click on the name or photo of an item to open the product page. In the next window you have the opportunity to view more photos and to read additional information and a description of the item(s). Clicking on a photo will bring up an enlargement of the photo on the area you select and give you a better look at various details. You can drag it to the desired area, and clicking again closes this enlargement.
If you want to order the shoes or boots on the page you are on, select the desired size (and sometimes colour or type of material) by clicking on the desired size/colour/material in the menu. You can also change the quantity of items you want to order. Please note: this is only possible if there is sufficient stock.
Click on 'add to cart' and the chosen item will be placed in your shopping cart.
Is a sold out product still available?
We buy on order from our American supplier. For that reason, the delivery time is usually one to 1½ weeks.

Why can't I select/buy my size?
It is possible that your size is (temporarily) not in stock at the supplier. To avoid disappointment, this size cannot be ordered (temporarily). Sold out does not necessarily mean 'no longer available', in many cases they are produced again and can be ordered as soon as our supplier has received them. Please feel free to contact us about the relevant shoe and size to inquire whether and when these will be available again. We are happy to inquire with the supplier whether the shoe you want can still be ordered and when it is expected to be back in stock.
In some cases it is not yet known if and when they will be available again, if they are produced it can take another three to four months before they are available again. But in most cases this will be a few weeks to 2 months, and if you are lucky sometimes only a week.

If you wish to return an order (partially), we may charge € 25 import / postage / import duty (VAT) costs; depending on the costs we have had to incur for this and whether we have had to purchase the ordered item(s) from our supplier.
This amount will be deducted from the refund to be received.

We specialize in plus sizes, fetish-, unisex-, drag-, crossdressing-, Pole- & Exotic dance- (and so on-) -shoes and -boots.
Party-shoes should be a safe, pleasant environment for anyone who needs it; unannounced visits make this difficult.
Because in some cases it is simply not convenient/well timed to have unannounced visitors, it can cause an uncomfortable and especially unpleasant situation... And, of course, we want to prevent that...

Our stock mainly consists of canceled orders, returned (unused and undamaged) items, exchanged items, incorrectly purchased, or delivered items and in some cases models/sizes, purchased by us, that we want to have available in our showroom.
Pleaser has over 4000 unique styles in up to 13 sizes and maybe 20 color/material variations. Unfortunately, we can't store such a large collection in our showroom, so we don't have everything in stock. If you spontaneously visit the showroom, there is also a chance that we do not have anything in stock in your size or desired color / material / style.
Not everything we have in the webshop is physically present in our showroom --> that is why we have a delivery time of 1 to 1½ weeks.

Can I have the ordered item delivered to a different address or pick up point?
You can also have your order shipped to a different address or pick-up point. Below are two instructions for (in order):
- sending to another address.
- collection at a pick-up point.
Other address (not a pick-up point):
After adding the desired products, click on "checkout" from your shopping cart (the bag at the top right). You will now enter the check-out screen where you have to go through a number of steps:
Step 1: "Name"
Enter the address you want to send it to and the details of the person you want to send it to. If you want to receive the confirmation email yourself, you can enter your own email address.
After completing the order you will receive a confirmation email in which you can find the order status page of the order. You can always decide to send the shipping information to the receiving party.
Step 2: "Shipping"
Review the shipping information and choose a shipping method.
You get two options here:
"up to … kg" or "up to … kg Pick Up Point"
In this case, choose the option without “Pick Up Point”
Step 3: "Payment"
Select the desired payment method, at the bottom of this page you can choose to enter a different billing address. You can enter your own data there.
Step 4: "Check order"
Check the shipping information, address, payment method and billing address. If these are all correct, you can place the order by completing the payment.
In the last step of the check-out screen you can complete and pay for your order.
Pick-up point:
For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, you can also choose to have your package sent to a pick-up point and pick it up there yourself.
After placing the order, you can enter the desired pick-up point on the check-out page. If you have forgotten this, you will also receive an email 30 minutes after your order with a reminder to enter a collection point. To be sure, also check your spam box.
After placing and paying your order, you will be guided back to a 'Thank You Page" where you get the option to choose a pickup point. Sometimes it takes a few seconds for it to show up. The Thank You Page will look like this with the selection option marked in red:
Instructions for selecting a collection point:
After adding the desired products, click on "checkout" from your shopping cart (the bag at the top right). You will now enter the check-out screen where you have to go through a number of steps:
Step 1: "Name"
Enter the address of the person you want to send it to and the details of the person you want to send it to. If this is you, enter your own details here. You do not have to enter the pick-up point here yet.
If you have it sent to someone else but want to receive the confirmation email yourself, you can enter your own email address. After completing the order you will receive a confirmation email in which you can find the order status page of the order. You can always decide to send the shipping information to the receiving party
Step 2: "Shipping"
Review the shipping information and choose a shipping method.
You get two options here:
"up to … kg" or "up to … kg Pick Up Point"
In this case, choose the option with "Pick Up Point"
Step 3: "Payment"
Select the desired payment method, at the bottom of this page you can choose to enter a different billing address. You can enter your own details there if you send the order to someone else via a collection point.
Step 4: "Check order"
Check the shipping information, address, payment method and billing address. If these are all correct, you can place the order by completing the payment.
In the last step of the check-out screen you can complete and pay for your order.
After placing the order, you can enter the desired pick-up point on the check-out page. If you have forgotten this, you will also receive an email 30 minutes after your order with a reminder to enter a collection point. To be sure, also check your spam box.
If you are not sure if it all worked:
After placing your order, please contact us in which you provide your order number with the desired pick-up location.
Please note: we do not manually check the address you enter, you are responsible for entering a correct address. If we have to ship your order twice (or more) due to an invalid address, you have to pay for each new shipment, and we will charge you for the shipping costs in advance.
Can I pick up the ordered item in the showroom?
We always ask you to schedule an appointment with us; it can happen that no one is present in the showroom and you are standing in front of a closed door.

Can I send my return to a freepost number?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. We try to keep our prices low and in order to continue to do so, you bear the costs for your return shipment yourself.
Unfortunately, there are customers who frequently and easily continue to exchange and return items. We do not want to pass on the costs we incur for this to other customers, for example by raising our prices. We therefore do not use a freepost number.
It is up to you which carrier you send the return shipment with, but you are always welcome to personally deliver your return to our office in Arnhem to avoid return-costs. Please make an appointment before you make use of this option.
To provide a clear picture of what costs we incur for each order
We purchase a product/products for you from our US supplier on order and pay:
- for the article
- for the shipment of the item from the USA to us
- import duties (customs costs)
- import VAT
- other customs clearance costs (including processing the customs clearance/import process)
- the shipping costs of your order from us to you
And in case of an exchange:
- one more time, or several times, additional shipping costs from our location to you and vice versa
When people keep returning orders again and again, all these costs are for us; After all, we will then refund the payment for the order to the customer, but we will still incur all these costs, which is of course unsustainable as a small local webshop. We can't return any items to our US supplier, so we'll be left with all returned items.
That is why, unfortunately, we have had to decide to charge € 25,- import/postage/VAT/duty costs (per ordered item) for returned items purchased by us from our supplier; depending on the costs we have had to incur for this. This amount will be deducted from the credit to be received.

How do I make a payment?
If you have chosen 'Pay in advance' you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail and you are kindly requested to pay within 5 days. If payment is not made, the order will not be processed and will be canceled. You will then receive a cancellation confirmation. If you want to transfer money manually, you can do so in the following ways:

What are Pre-orders and Backorders?
We buy on order from our American supplier. For that reason, the delivery time is usually one to 1½ weeks.
Pre-orders and Back-orders:
Sometimes models or sizes are (temporarily) not available, but they will be available (again) in the near future and you can still order them in advance: we call this Pre-orders and Backorders.
Pre orders:
Pre-orders are orders for new styles that have not been released before. If the supplier expects them to be available within a short time, you can already Pre-order it.
At the Pre-order product page you can find the expected release date in various places on the product page, so that it is clear that it concerns a pre-order. The ordering process for a pre-order is the same as for a 'normal' order.
A Pre-order has the following visible features on a product page:
Back order:
If a certain model is sold out, the supplier will have it produced again in most cases. If the supplier expects these to be available again in the not too distant future, you can already order them; we call this a Backorder.
If a certain size is available for backorder, the "add to cart" button will be replaced by a black "Backorder" button that looks like this:
In the description of the product it is then indicated that it concerns a Back-order for the sizes mentioned. The description also states the expected date that they will be available again, but keep in mind that this can always shift a bit.
Please note: the delivery time, in both cases, is therefore longer than 1 to 1½ weeks.
The delivery time depends on when the models or sizes are actually available (again) and on the shipment from our supplier from the USA to the Netherlands.
The delivery time will be approximately one and a half to two weeks, starting from the expected date that they are available again. Keep that in mind!
We will of course keep you informed in case of any delay.

* it can sometimes happen that a model turns out not to be available when we purchase it for you; we are ultimately also dependent on our supplier and whether the current stock indication is correct. In this case we will always look for a suitable solution in consultation with you; we can possibly help you choose a different model or colour, take a look in our own stock if we have something similar, or find out when the desired model will be available again and put you on a 'Backorder' list; you will then receive the ordered item as soon as it is available again.
Of course you always get the choice to cancel your order, in which case you will receive the amount paid back in the same way as you paid **.
