The daily random mix of yin yoga positions intuitively picked by you, is the best way to build exercise into your daily routine. We believe that on any given day you need those positions that you picked.
This deck of cards will be your personal pocket-size yin yoga instructor, that you can take with you wherever you go.
Yin yoga practice will never be boring, as you will discover new yoga sequences every day.
When you are not lucky enough to have some precious ‘me time’, it is not a problem. Because you can practice with your kids too! They will find it fun to do. This we can guarantee, as we tested it ourselves with our kids.
If you are new to yin yoga, we recommend that you take some classes with a certified Yin Yoga teacher. They can adjust the positions of your body to avoid any injuries by not going beyond your limits.

Yin Yoga Cards | How it works
Daily surprise combinations of yin yoga practice at your pace and time.

1. Determine how long you want to devote to your practice |
| 2. Tune in with yourself Sit comfortably and pay attention to your breathing. Be open and receptive to what your body has to tell you. |
| 3. Pick your cards (the Tarot-way) Shuffle the cards (blind) and intuitively draw the number of cards previously chosen. Look at the cards you've drawn; you can keep the order in which you drew them or come up with a nice order for yourself. |

4. Practice
By drawing the cards blindly you tune into your subconscious, Because some positions for left and right are included as their own card in the set, you may do a position on one side but not on the other side. Of course you can always do the other side if you feel it is good for you! |
There are of course more ways to work with the cards. Consider themes such as working with a specific target area, a specific chakra, meridian or element.
You can also use the cards to teach or prepare a yin yoga class; or use it in a calm, playful way with your child. You will find more explanations in the card set.

General information
If items have already been purchased for you from America, we can charge the import / postage / import duty costs if the order is canceled before delivery, or if the order is returned after delivery.
Of course we prefer not to do this, but in order to cover the unnecessary costs incurred by us and to discourage many returns (think of the environment), this has unfortunately proved necessary.
This is, of course, not the case with an exchange for a different size if the size turns out to be incorrect.

(sometimes also EU-size 34)

US-7 = size 37
US-8 = size 38
US-9 = size 39
US-10 = size 40
US-11 = size 41
US-12 = size 42/43
US-13 = size 44
US-14 = size 45
US-15 = size 46
US-16 = size 47/48
US-17 = size 48/49
Unisex | Men's sizes
Some styles use a different sizing; on our website these will be listed as Unisex | "Mens"-sizes. The sizes differ from the ones stated above and use the following converted dimensions:
US-3 = size 35
US-4 = size 36
US-5 = size 37
US-6 = size 38
US-7 = size 39
US-8 = size 40
US-9 = size 41
US-10 = size 42/43
US-11 = size 44
US-12 = size 45
US-13 = size 46
