Daily surprise combinations of yin yoga practice at your pace and time.
1. Determine how long you want to devote to your practice |
2. Tune in with yourself Sit comfortably and pay attention to your breathing. Be open and receptive to what your body has to tell you. |
3. Pick your cards (the Tarot-way) Shuffle the cards (blind) and intuitively draw the number of cards previously chosen. Look at the cards you've drawn; you can keep the order in which you drew them or come up with a nice order for yourself. |
4. Practice
By drawing the cards blindly you tune into your subconscious, Because some positions for left and right are included as their own card in the set, you may do a position on one side but not on the other side. Of course you can always do the other side if you feel it is good for you! |
