We believe Shoe-Shopping should be fun, and what is more fun than fast and free shipping !!??

From now on, the delivery of shoes from our showroom stock is FREE!
And by the way.. If shoes are in stock with us, that means they'll be on their way to you much faster;)

Conditions:

There are different conditions for different situations:
- For some specific countries
- For other countries to which we ship
- Conditions for orders containing only items from our stock
- Conditions for 'mixed orders'; orders with both shoes from our stock and shoes/items that we still have to purchase from America.

Conditions FREE shipping for shoes from our showroom stock:

For the following countries
The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Italy, Spain
For orders that consist entirely of items (including shoes) from our stock (maximum 5 kg)

For other countries that we ship to:
For orders with a minimum order value of €150 that consist entirely of items(including shoes) from our stock (maximum 5 kg)

If you order shoes that are in stock but you don't get the "free shipping" option at checkout --> please contact us. (We sometimes overlook something... sorry!)

Conditions for FREE Shipping with a mixed order

(mixed order = partly from our stock, partly yet to be imported by us)

*UPDATE*

We have found out that shipping costs are unfortunately calculated automatically for mixed orders and we cannot (yet) implement a solution for this; but we are working on that. If you place a mixed order, we will manually refund the shipping costs until we have a solution for this. So keep in mind that these shipping costs have to be paid in the first instance, but that you will get them back!

For the following countries

For orders with a minimum order value of €100,-

For other countries we ship to:

NB!
With a mixed order, we will send the entire order in one go; so we'll wait for all items to arrive at us before we ship out.

Additionally:

The free shipping only applies to shoe orders. Of course you can always order other items; but this free shipping is not valid for orders without shoes from our stock

For orders of items that we do not have in our own stock, we use the standard shipping costs

For exchanges and returns we use our usual Refund and return policy

Is an item in stock? (Stock indication)

We buy on order from our American supplier. For that reason, the delivery time is usually one to 1½ weeks.

When an item is present in our own showroom stock in the size you selected, there will most likely be a stock-indication shown in between the product price and description;
"Showroom Stock: ... ";
that shows our current stock.

It will look something like this:

If an item is not in stock and also not available from the supplier, this will be indicated (in most cases) by the fact that the item cannot be ordered/cannot be placed in your shopping cart when you select the desired size and you will see this indication:

Occasionally it is possible that we are not yet aware of a sold-out size*.

If you can add an item to your shopping cart, this means that the item is most likely available* from the supplier (with the exception of sale models, which may have already been sold out).
The delivery time is then approximately one to 1½ weeks.

What are Pre-orders?

Pre orders are orders for new styles that have not been released yet. If these are expected by the supplier within a short period of time, you can already place your order: called a Pre-Order.

For Pre-orders the expected delivery date is stated in the title and you can therefore place your order in advance. A pre order product page will look like this:

Please note: the delivery time is therefore longer than 1 to 1½ weeks.
The delivery time depends on when the models or sizes are actually available and on the shipment from our supplier from the USA to the Netherlands.
The delivery time will be approximately one and a half to two weeks, starting from the expected date that they are available. Keep that in mind!

We will of course keep you informed in case of any delay.

* it can sometimes happen that a model turns out not to be available when we purchase it for you; we are ultimately also dependent on our supplier and whether the current stock indication is correct. In this case we will always look for a suitable solution in consultation with you; we can possibly help you choose a different model or colour, take a look in our own stock if we have something similar, or find out when the desired model will be available again and put you on a 'Backorder' list; you will then receive the ordered item as soon as it is available again.
Of course you always get the choice to cancel your order, in which case you will receive the amount paid back in the same way as you paid **.
