Let op: indien de verpakking van dit product is geopend en daarmee de de verzegeling is verbroken vervalt je herroepingsrecht.
We kunnen sokken en schoenveters namelijk niet meer in de originele staat verpakken waardoor we deze niet meer kunnen verkopen.
Aanvullende redenen:

Wij kunnen bij producten zoals sokken en panty's geen hygiëne meer garanderen als deze uit de verpakking zijn gehaald

Voor schoenveters is het niet nodig om deze uit de verpakking te halen om te bepalen of je deze zou willen houden. Gebruik een ander touwtje om op te meten of de schoenveters de juiste lengte hebben alvorens je de schoenveters uit de verpakking haalt.
Je mag deze artikelen uiteraard wel retourneren indien je deze niet uit de verpakking hebt gehaald/de verpakking niet hebt geopend. Wanneer wij constateren dat deze toch zijn geopend/gepast/gebruikt brengen we de waardevermindering (is het product nog te verkopen ja of nee) bij je in rekening.

We can no longer re-pack socks and shoelaces in their original condition, what means we can't sell the product anymore.
Additional reasons:

We can no longer guarantee hygiene for products such as socks and pantyhose’s once they have been removed from the packaging

For shoelaces, it is not necessary to remove them from the packaging to determine whether you would like to keep them. If you want to know if the laces have the right size; use another cord or string to measure the desired length before removing the shoelaces from the packaging.
You may of course return these items if you have not removed them from the packaging/opened the packaging. If we do determine that these have been opened/fitted/used, we will charge you for the depreciation (are we still able to sell the product in this state or not?)
Is an item in stock? (Stock indication)
We buy on order from our American supplier. For that reason, the delivery time is usually one to 1½ weeks.
When an item is present in our own showroom stock in the size you selected, there will most likely be a stock-indication shown in between the product price and description;
"Showroom Stock: ... ";
that shows our current stock.
It will look something like this:
If an item is in stock in our own showroom, we will ship it within a few days.
If an item is available at the supplier, but not present in our own showroom you will find a stock-indication saying "in stock at supplier" and it will look like this:
If an item is not in stock and also not available from the supplier, this will be indicated (in most cases) by the fact that the item cannot be ordered/cannot be placed in your shopping cart when you select the desired size and you will see this indication:
Occasionally it is possible that we are not yet aware of a sold-out size*.
If you can add an item to your shopping cart, this means that the item is most likely available* from the supplier (with the exception of sale models, which may have already been sold out).
The delivery time is then approximately one to 1½ weeks.
What are Pre-orders?
Pre orders are orders for new styles that have not been released yet. If these are expected by the supplier within a short period of time, you can already place your order: called a Pre-Order.
For Pre-orders the expected delivery date is stated in the title and you can therefore place your order in advance. A pre order product page will look like this:
Please note: the delivery time is therefore longer than 1 to 1½ weeks.
The delivery time depends on when the models or sizes are actually available and on the shipment from our supplier from the USA to the Netherlands.
The delivery time will be approximately one and a half to two weeks, starting from the expected date that they are available. Keep that in mind!
We will of course keep you informed in case of any delay.

* it can sometimes happen that a model turns out not to be available when we purchase it for you; we are ultimately also dependent on our supplier and whether the current stock indication is correct. In this case we will always look for a suitable solution in consultation with you; we can possibly help you choose a different model or colour, take a look in our own stock if we have something similar, or find out when the desired model will be available again and put you on a 'Backorder' list; you will then receive the ordered item as soon as it is available again.
Of course you always get the choice to cancel your order, in which case you will receive the amount paid back in the same way as you paid **.

The high energy and fuel prices have a major impact on consumers and businesses. As a result of this increase, PostNL will introduce an energy surcharge of € 0.12 per package starting 1 January 2023. General information
If items have already been purchased for you from America, we can charge the import / postage / import duty costs if the order is canceled before delivery, or if the order is returned after delivery.
Of course we prefer not to do this, but in order to cover the unnecessary costs incurred by us and to discourage many returns (think of the environment), this has unfortunately proved necessary.
This is, of course, not the case with an exchange for a different size if the size turns out to be incorrect.
